First let me tell you a little about myself. I was not raised with proper financial habits - in fact, the subject of saving money for future wealth was never discussed in my family. My financial education, like most Americans, was left to marketing ads and trial and error. My first credit card was maxed out in less then a month. Shortly after that I found myself on the phone asking for more credit, which the credit card company was more then happy to extend to me. Like most people, I thought that credit was just a way of life. After all, this is what I was trained to believe. Slowly, over the course of many years and many mistakes, I came to view debt differently. Today I am proud to say that I am 100% debt free and excited about the prospect of motivating others to do the same. I have hope that you will make this blog a part of your daily activity.
